At IACFB, we have long understood that success as a freelance broker is often quickly attributed to how they broker sets up the business. Since the vast brokers tend to be industry “part time” operators, they also tend therefor work alone. These industry loan consultants eventually work to become full time brokers over time as they build clientele and in short, this is “how it’s done”. But for those individuals that are simply too impatient to wait for industry success, there’s another way. And that is the creation of a factoring broker agency.
What is a “Broker Agency”?
It in this industry, all brokers and consultants find it beneficial to develop “leads” through networking. Brokers and consultants routinely provide cash payments for leads that become funded commission generating accounts and let other professionals such referrals can expect this to the norm. What is different, however, is how regular “referrals” are handled. Though regulars referrals are usually the result of a local profession such as a banker, accountant, or similar you routinely meet locally, agents are completely different. For factors, such “Sponsored Agents” are those individuals that are seeking to earn a periodic home-based commission from generating leads for you. Sponsored Agents are a “step up” referrer who…
- are seeking a home-business but on an a VERY part time basis
- source leads by giving away information to business owners
- earn a portion of the commissions earned by their “sponsoring” full time consultant
Explorer the $100,000 Agency Concept
For professional freelance factoring consultants, building a network of agents is, by far, one of the easiest and fastest method of building your consulting business quickly and successfully. That is why we refer to as “agencies” as “$100,000 networks” and is why we are now providing more information and a full training program (Factoring 303) available at the new Academy.
Building an agent network as a way of quickly building a professional business as a freelance factoring consultant. It is very similar to building a downline in multi-level marketing. A downline is a term generally used in multi-level marketing (MLM) to describe the consultants or representatives who work under another representative. For example, if a MLM Broker “Joe” begins working for a company and then recruits five others to work under her for the same company, those five people are his downline
For professional freelance consultants, part-time agents are recruited, just like MLM representatives, to work under the full time freelance broker. Agents are strictly part-time, provided with basic training, use a WordPress Landing Page rather than a website, and then just generate periodic leads for his sponsor. Typically, consultants share commissions earned from leads on a 50 / 50 basis and usually enjoy residual benefits (monthly payments).
Building Your Network
Though building an agency takes some work, we assure you it’s worthwhile and it’s relatively easy. With today’s inflationary economy, virtually everyone is seeking some method of earning income from a home-based business. Freelance professional consultants can offer Sponsored Agents an exceptional commission sharing arrangements and a complete training program though the IACFB. Additionally, freelance consultants completely control the cost of bringing new recruited agents onboard. While the standard training cost is a low $99.95 through IACFB, freelance consultants have the option to provide “PROMO DISCOUNTS” to build their network even more quickly. Freelance professionals can offer discounts of $25, $50, and even $75 to attract quality recruits.
Affiliate Marketing Commissions
Building a network of Sponsored Agents is the key to lead-generation and all new freelance consultants are now trained how to succeed with agency construction with Factoring 303. But the benefits are even more attractive with Affiliate Commissions through DataMax. With the recent addition of this affiliate program, freelance brokers earn 25% commission every time a new agent is recruited. If an agent is recruited at the standard training price of $99.95, the sponsor (freelance broker) earns $25. If the new agent is provided with a $50 discount promo and enters the program for just $49.95, the freelance sponsor earns $12.50. BUT ..there’s more.
Sponsored agents do pay hosting fees for their provided WordPress Landing Page and those fees are $12.95 per month. While very small, the freelance broker does earn a 25% affiliate commission as well. That means that when the freelance sponsor recruits the standard goals of 100 agents, that sponsor will earn over $300 in affiliate commissions each and every month. Agents also benefit as well.
Commissions and Bonuses
The primary job of a Sponsored Agent is to utilize networking and social media to generate leads for his/her sponsor. The agent is trained at IACFB and provided with the standard agent Landing Page. The Agent’s primary job is to simply give a way a FREE booklet from the Landing Page. That’s all! Once the lead is created from the FRR booklet, the agent’s job is done. If the prospect turns out to be a client, the sponsor will typically share the commission on a 50/50 basis. Additionally, most sponsors will then also pick up the minor costs of the hosting as well.
Training for agents is provided at IACFB’s Academy, a “lighter” version of the IACFB’s Campus. To find out more about the Sponsored Agent Program and Factoring 303 training, you can explore the program at the Academy at www.iacfb.academy
